Placing Your First Order

You may select your product to purchase on the All Products page.
Find your product, enter the quantity and click on the Add to Cart button located next to the product.
Once you have collected the items you need in your cart, you can click on the View Cart link at the top of the page to see the details of your order.
Any applicable shipping costs and taxes will also be displayed (taxes are collected only for shipments to California).
To change the quantity of an item in your cart, make the change and click the Update button.
You will be prompted to Sign In with your existing Google Email and Password or to Create a Google Account to complete your purchase.

Policy - Restocking/Returns

All return authorizations must be given by KL Designs prior to return or exchange of merchandise.
A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on merchandise returned. Returned merchandise must meet the following conditions: 1)Returned merchandise must be stock items. No returns of custom products will be authorized. 2) Merchandise must be in salable condition upon receipt of KL Designs. 3) Merchandise must be in original packaging and be unused product. 4) Purchaser is responsible for freight. 5) Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 6) Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hours.

Warranty

KL Designs warrants its smoking receptacles to be free from defects in parts and workmanship under normal use and service for 30 days from the date of shipment. In the event of such defect in parts or workmanship, KL Designs will, at is option, replace the defective product or refund the purchase price to the extent or the defective product's replacement cost. The foregoing is the exclusive remedy and KL Designs disclaims all other warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, KL Designs will not be responsible for consequential damages in excess of the purchase price of the product on which such liability is based.

Any information collected to process your order will not be shared with a third party. Your order information is collected by Google. If you wish to correct, update or remove any information about you that may be in our records, please send us email at info@kl-receptacles.com with the details of your request.
